From back to front - The long track along the back represents the siding where cars are setout and picked up for the industrial park. A couple of small switchers do the actual work of serving the customers.
Moving forward, the novelty ice cream plant has spots for four cars. Operations are made a bit more challenging by designating specific car types can only be delivered to each spot. From left to right, spot one accepts deliveries in covered hoppers, spot two only accepts refrigerated cars, spot three accepts non-refrigerated deliveries and spot four only accepts tankers of fuel oil and diesel fuel.
Next, a team track serves off-railroad customers and the three forward tracks are used to sort the incoming cars.
