An overhead walkway is being built to connect the Orpheum theatre to the OPPD parking garage across the street. The theatre end will be atop that concrete structure over the alley. Photo was taken from the spot where the West end of the walkway will connect.
The West end will connect to the small structure just to the right of the parking garage. The above photo was taken from inside the window.

The crane did double duty. Before lifting the walkway into place, it removed some equipment from the top of another building.
The East end of the walkway was placed first.

It's September. The concrete has been poured on the top and bottom sections, glass panels are being installed.
From this angle you can see the work on the roof.
You can see a couple of the work crew members walking on the roof and inside.
The crane is used to lift the glass panels into place.
